At RICH BY FINESSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

Once we have received the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is unused and undamaged. If the product meets these criteria, we will process a refund to the original method of payment. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

If the product is returned to us in a used or damaged condition, we will not be able to process a refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns for custom or special-order products.
